Wow. Parking garage sign at the library parking lot. This is a really depressing photo! Not because of the fees (which I know are very low compared to many major cities), but because it looks so sad. The fees don't line up with the times, and it looks pretty old and neglected. Of course we have all driven by it everyday and not really noticed until now!
