Robert E. Lee Lived Here

I've been walking the River Walk for a while now and almost every time I walk it I find something I haven't seen before. The plaque reads

Gen. Robert E. Lee lived here
in 1857 when a Lieut. Col.
of the 2nd U.S. Cavalry
