Fast Food Nation

Another fast food joint. I hadn't eaten here in a while, but I went there for lunch today. I love to get one of the platters; it makes a lunch and dinner for me.

BTW we rang the bell on the way out as directed by the sign that states something to the like "If we did good, ring the bell". They yell out thanks when you do that.

The clouds are left over from all the rain, we were supposed to have showers today, but I don't think it rained at all. It was a little warm and humid, but also a little bit of a cool breeze. According to the weather casters, Saturday will be our last day of unseasonal not heat, come Sunday the normal heat of a Texas Summer will once more beat down upon our weary backs.

Good Eating

This isn't quite in San Antonio, but it's close enough to post. I love this place. It's one of those roadside restaurants that seem to pop up. We order from here quite frequently. I ate here for the first time today. Their service is excellent and their food is good too. I love their Chicken Fajita Nachos. If you're ever on 181 stop by and try them.

Fred's Fish Fry

We used to eat this alot as children. Although it was more of a treat than a regular thing. We still eat this quite often, my sister especially likes it. There aren't that many of them left in the San Antonio area, but most are still in the same location they've always been. Does anyone have these where they are at?
