Whoever installs road signs in the S.A. area makes a habit of doing it wrong. Especially bad are the block signs on corners and intersections that show a street name and which block number you are allegedly on. I'd say at least 40% of them are either pointing the wrong direction or on the wrong block number, or both.
I hear those downtown maps you see on many of the posts were originally installed facing in the wrong direction. I can't vouch for that since I am spatially and directionally challenged.
