Good Neighbor Program
I see these signs all over neighborhoods, but I'm not really sure what it means. Does it mean that there is some kind of formal neighborhood group keeping an eye on things? I like to think so.
Yes, that's exactly what it means. I think the people get some training from SAPD, but it's basically just neighbors getting together to keep an eye on things in their neighborhood and to immediately report anything suspicious.
I happened to start reading your blog when I was doing a search for the JavaNook at Central. You have great photographs of spots in San Antonio. I'm enjoying them all!
