We finally got some rain! After a blazing month in August (THE hottest in the record books for SA, Sarah and I found this so discouraging), the tempuratures are more tolerable in the upper 80s and lower 90s. Best of all, we are finally rejuvenating our countryside with much needed rainfall. Cloudy skies never looked so great.
This is a shot of our downtown as you approach from the westside. I was at a branch library for a class observation and really liked the look. That's part of the downtown campus on the right (Univ. of TX at SA) and a colorful building on the left is a popular restaurant, Pica de Gallo.

Jazzy, actually no, it's just been really busy/crazy, so I uploaded a batch all in one day.
ReplyDeleteI do take pictures almost every day; so much so that my sister gets annoyed at me and my camera at times. She's gotten better about it, though. She lowered the window for me to take this shot, outside her drivers side window.
