Draining of the River Walk

Empty River Walk
On January 2, the River Walk began it's yearly cleaning/maintenance cycle. They drain the river for three miles so they can inspect the walls, clear debris and do other task as required. Every year they find all sorts of stuff down there-on the news I saw a chair sitting on the bottom. The River Walk should be back to it's beautacious self by January 11th.

  8. Plumbers assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures of water, gas, and waste disposal systems, according to specifications and plumbing codes.

  9. If you are installing tanks and fitting pipes to them be sure to cover the ends of the pipes with tape to stop pieces of plastic and swarf from dropping down them, the bits and pieces will block taps later on and cause all kinds of problems.

  10. Maybe a radar could help.A radar sends waves that move through many types of material and sends signal back to the machine.

  11. If it is found out that you already need to replace sewers, the trenchless sewer method is very efficient as this technique does not need complete digging up of sewer lines.

  12. It is safer and more practical if you leave the work to professional plumbing technicians because they don't only clean sewer lines but they also deal with any kind of sewer problems.
