Something is going on on the Riverwalk. A few days before we saw this diver suiting up and getting ready to go under. On this day we saw all these tarps and the ladder. I can only assume that the tarps are holding back the water in this little section. There's a bunch of other construction machines too. A section of the Riverwalk has also been closed off top and bottom.
Anyone out there know what's going on?
