Larry's Barbacoa

Larry's Barbacoa
This little gem is right past 1604 on 181. We mainly just eat it on the weekends, sometimes Saturday, but mostly Sunday. They do good barbacoa—not too greasy, and a lot of meaty. :D I like the cuteness of the little building. I've never been inside, but one of these days I'll go in and grab a pic of the interior.

  1. What on earth is barbacoa?

Sound interesting even if I don't know what it is.

  2. Barbacoa is meat from the cows head. I don't know how it's done by everyone, but I remember my grandparents cooking it up in a pit in the backyard when I was little, way back in the day. It's really good. The eyes are supposed to be a delicacy—I've never eaten them myself but my grandmother loved them.
